Louiselle Vassallo: has been on the local theatre scene for 15 years and her repertoire ranges from drama to comedy, right through to musicals and pantomimes. Roles include: Sally Bowles in ‘Cabaret’ (Masquerade), Laura Wingfield in ‘The Glass Menagerie’ by T.Williams (MADC), and Toine in PIAF by Pam Gem (MADC).
Alex Grech: attended Manoel Theatre Academy of Dramatic Art (MTADA). Played Malvolio in ‘Twelfth Night’ Tristan in ‘Taking Steps’ The First God in ‘The Good Woman of Szechwan’ The Porter in ‘Macbeth.’ Won Best Actor at MADC One Act Play Competition for the Pinter Sketches.
Irene Christ: worked for many years at some of the most prominent German theatres, such as Schauspielhaus Bochum, Düsseldorfer Schauspielhaus, Volksbühne Berlin. Founded Actinghouse in 2002. Roles incl.: Ellida in ‘The Lady from the Sea’ (Ibsen), Phyllis in ‘Fat Men in Skirts’ (Silver), Martha in ‘Who is Afraid of Virginia Woolf’ (Albee).
Paul Portelli: has been acting and directing in Malta for many years, founding member of Theatre Anon. Roles: Gregor Samsa in 'Metamorphoses' (Kafka), 'A very old Man with enormous Wings' with Kneehigh Theatre and the project ‘Dorde’ amongst others. Artistic direction of 'Ghada jisbah ukoll' (media center and picture box).
Pia Zammit: has been on stage for 12 years with various companies such as MADC, Masquerade, FM Productions, in dramas as well as musicals. ‘Dinner’ is her third production with Actinghouse. Roles include: Pam / Popo in ‘Fat Men in Skirts’(Silver), Charis in ‘Amphitryon’ (Kleist), ‘Vagina Monologues’ and Roxie Hart in ‘Chicago’.
Darrin Zammit Lupi: has been in the Maltese theatre scene for several years, roles include various in Shakespeare plays (MADC), title role in ‘The Elephant Man’ Billy Bibbit in ‘One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest’ (Teatru Menz). For MADC he directed ‘The Woman in Black’ ‘Temptation’ ‘The Apollo of Bellack’ ‘Meyer’s Room’ and ‘The monkey’s Paw’.
Lino Mallia: took part in musicals and operettas with his sister Mary Rose Mallia, played the leading role of St Paul in Pawlu 2000. Works as a stage manager mostly for MADC in pantos and other plays. Stage manager with Actinghouse for ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf’ at the Manoel Theatre.
